The Basics.

_My name is Kaci, and I love everything about traveling. I love the foggy early mornings, the feeling of a plane taking off, and the sound of my suitcase rolling along in a hotel lobby. I love hearing foreign languages, sampling local specialties, and meeting nice people everywhere I go. I love the mini shampoos, the museums, the souvenirs, the temples, the mountains and the unpredictable weather. I even love packing. Most of all, I love sharing my experiences with you.

I began writing about my travels on this site in 2009, and have since expanded it to include two of my other passions in life: music and cooking.

Originally from St. Louis, I graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2010 with degrees in German and Mandarin Chinese.
